Get a Plan

Select your favorite Cabin  plan, bring in your finished plan, or tell us about your own unique plan. We have fully qualified architects who can design your home from scratch, or we can work with your own architect. You will need some idea of location, budget, looks and home usage. We can advise you on materials, costing, performance, aesthetics, ergonomics, or any other issue.

Get Quoted

Once we more or less know what you want to build, we count every stick, nail, and doorknob, from framing through to lock-up, and give you a detailed purchase price. Let's make a deal!

4.

Get Approved - Construction Phase

Your plan and specifications are complete; now it's time to get it engineered and approved. You will have to coordinate between your local municipality on building requirements and an engineer qualified for your district. The engineered plans are submitted for approval to the local municipality. By preparing and working with professionals, approval should take a few weeks. Some districts are prohibitive so it is wise to be armed with information and professionals. We can help on both counts.

5.

Get Going

Now we have a contract and schedule. Manufacturing begins. We're usually ready to deliver in 5 weeks. With literally thousands of pieces that go into a house, we itemize and quality control each one, sort them according to job sequence, package them in all-weather crates / skids / lifts, book transport, load the home package, and ship it with comprehensive documentation. Pre-fab packages include framing assembly instructions - all packages include installation instructions for doors, windows, hardware, roofing, siding, etc. We are also available to consult with your building professionals on any product we supply.

6.

Get Done

We work closely with your site trades on delivery coordination and product support. Experience and organization means your project will run smoothly. Immaculate packing information, sequenced delivery and weather resistant packaging - site friendly & efficiency conducive.
