Our Philosophy

We believe in giving the straight goods to our clients and earning our reputation every single day as an honest business built through 15 years of operation. At AJIA we believe it is not enough to succeed - one must exceed. It means to be the very best at what we do, to innovate ahead of the trends, to employ highly qualified and motivated professionals, to maintain the highest level of customer service, to hold our providers to the same high standards, to have our clients thrilled to have chosen us. Our History

We got our start supplying 2x6 and log home packages to the Japanese market and have diversified into recreational home prefabrication for local and export markets. Shipping house packages overseas nurtures essential practices for the housing supply business – sharp attention to detail, fervor about effective product control systems, keen understanding that “cheap” is not usually “best”, and experience with a wide variety of job-site challenges.
Since 2003 we have been prefabricating recreational cabin packages for export. It was a natural decision to offer our experience servicing remote job-sites to clients in BC’s Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast or Interior – or Alberta – or Ontario – so we launched Ajia to provide full-service retail house packages for Canadian clients.
In 2005 we purchased our manufacturing and office facility on Crown Street, North Vancouver. Today we are thrilled to offer design, prefabrication, supply, delivery and set-up as our core services.
We belong to the Vancouver and North Vancouver Chambers of Commerce, and the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses.

Our People

Our founder, Norman Morrison, a North Shore boy, has been in the housing business all of his working life. We are a small but growing company of highly motivated professionals. Our key partners and staff have multiple years in housing design, manufacturing, materials, logistics and service.
